PnP-ized Aileen Mark 2

There were a lot of things that bugged me about Ail's old picture. One of which is I've written the story, and Ail does not have a quarterstaff in that. Also the fact that the major color was yellow-green, and it looked less like a mage to me. It now looks like there's a unified theme in her outfit as well. The crossbow also came off better.
